Delete your Luton Labs account
For CountNexa, AssetNexa, ReturnNexa and every other Luton Labs app
If you are a member of an organisation (not its owner), your sign-in is removed straight away and any phone using it is signed out. The organisation's records stay with the organisation.
If you own an organisation and others still use it, hand ownership to one of them first (Company › Team Members › Transfer ownership).
If you are the only person in it, deleting your account closes the organisation: its subscriptions are cancelled, nobody can sign in, and its data is kept until Luton Labs support deletes it.
